Order Preparation Time
Orders are typically prepared within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. During campaign periods, high order volumes, public holidays, or supply-related issues, the preparation time may be extended. In such cases, our customers will be informed.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been handed over to the cargo company, the delivery time may vary depending on your city and the operational intensity of the cargo company. Deliveries within Turkey generally take 2–5 business days.
Shipping Company
Orders are sent via contracted shipping companies. The shipping company used may vary depending on the order process, region, and operational status.
Shipment Tracking
When your order is shipped, your tracking information will be shared via SMS, email, or your order page. You can check the status of your shipment through the cargo company's system using the tracking number.
Delivery Address
It is important to enter your delivery address completely and accurately when placing an order. Our store is not responsible for delays that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or undelivered shipments.
Damaged Packages
If you notice any damage such as crushing, tearing, wetting, or opening on the package when your cargo is delivered, please check the package in the presence of the delivery person. If the product is damaged, it is recommended that you have the delivery person record a report and do not accept the package.

Undelivered Shipments
For shipments that are not delivered due to recipient-related reasons and are returned to our store, the re-shipping fee may be charged to the customer.
